My name is Xavier. I am Franco-Australian, born in Lyon, in France. I have been a male hairdresser / barber for over 20 years.

I followed all the hairdressing training in Lyon, France in the prestigious Jacques Dessange School. I worked for this large brand Jacques Dessange, Camille Albane where I acquired a large part of my experience. Then I arrived in Australia in 2006 during a tourist trip… and I fell in love with this beautiful country and decided to settle here. I worked as an employee in various salons until 2015.

It was in April 2017 that I created XL BARBIER, where I offer, with the help of my collaborators, an impeccable quality of work in French style.
